Acceptable use policy

Websites you may use

Use links to your own websites, your clients' websites with their permission, or any site whose owner has agreed that you can promote it.

Not allowed

Do not use UrlToReel to make reels from or for:

• Anything illegal where you or your viewers live, including scams, fake shops and stolen goods.
• Sexual content, or anything that involves minors in a harmful way.
• Hate, harassment or threats against people or groups.
• Weapons, drugs, gambling or financial products that break the law or the rules of the platform you post on.
• Medical, health or money claims that are false or cannot be backed up.
• Pretending to be another brand or person, or using someone else's trademarks to mislead people.
• Pages that spread malware or try to steal logins or payment details.

Using the service fairly

• Do not try to get around the watermark, the payment step or the hourly limits.
• Do not use UrlToReel to overload, scrape or attack other websites.
• Do not resell access to UrlToReel or share sign-in links with people outside your team.
• Do not try to reach parts of the service or other people's reels that are not yours.

What happens if a rule is broken

We may refuse a link, delete reels, or close access. If we close access for a serious or repeated breach, unused exports are not refunded. If you think we got it wrong, tell us on the support page and we will take another look.
